Gegenstand des Auftrags sind Leistungen der Erschließungsplanung für das im Gel-tungsbereich des Bebauungsplans Nr. 97A der Stadt Preetz gelegene Gewerbegebiet, und zwar Ingenieurleistungen für Verkehrsanlagen und für Ingenieurbauwerke für die Leistungen entsprechend den Leistungsphasen 4-9 der HOAI (Genehmigungsplanung, Ausführungsplanung, Vorbereitung der Vergabe, Mitwirkung bei der Vergabe, Bauoberleitung und Objektbetreuung), einschließlich jeweils der besonderen Leistung der örtlichen Bauüberwachung im Sinne der Anl. 12.1 und der Anl. 13.1 zur HOAI. Die Erschließung erfolgt voraussichtlich in einem Bauabschnitt.
