Lot LOT-0000: Cloppenburg_Rahmenvereinbarung_Dienstradleasing
Da bereits viele Mitarbeitende das Dienstradleasing genutzt haben, wird weiterhin von einem Bedarf an 40 Einzelleasingverträgen je Vertragsjahr ausgegangen. Im Rahmen des ersten Dienstrad-Leasings wurden in den Jahren 2022 bis 2025 durchschnittlich 39 Einzelleasingverträge je Jahr abgeschlossen. Der Landkreis Cloppenburg weist deutlich darauf hin, dass keine Mindestabnahmemenge vereinbart wird. Zu liefern ist der tatsächliche Bedarf. Die Höchstmenge beträgt 70 Einzelleasingverträge je Kalenderjahr. Bei Erreichen dieser Grenze wird in dem betreffenden Kalenderjahr kein weiterer Einzelleasingvertrag abgeschlossen. Die Höchstmenge beträgt für die gesamte Laufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung einschließlich sämtlicher Verlängerungsoptionen insgesamt höchstens 420 Einzel-Leasingverträge. Eine Abnahmeverpflichtung besteht nicht.
