Der Auftraggeber Abwasserzweckverband Finne, Bahnhofstraße 28, 99610 Sömmerda, Deutschland gibt in dem Vergabeverfahren mit der Vergabenummer 2026 AW 0004 zu der am 03.09.2026 09:26 Uhr auf www.evergabe.de (Vergabe-ID: 3449073) veröffentlichten Bekanntmachung mit dem Titel "AZV Finne - Kläranlage Wundersleben - Nachrüstung Phosphatfällung" folgendes bekannt: Das Vergabeverfahren wird gemäß § 17 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 und Nr. 3 VOB/A aufgehoben. Der Angebotspreis liegt weit (>100%) über dem Ansatz der für das Vergabeverfahren erstellten Kostenberechnung, so dass sich nach § 16d Abs. 1 Nr. 1 VOB/A eine Zuschlagserteilung verbietet. Darüber hinaus wäre - unter Berücksichtigung der Kostenüberschreitung - die Finanzierung der Maßnahme nicht gesichert. Auch das zwingt zu einer Aufhebung des Verfahrens gemäß § 17 Abs. 1 Nr. 3 VOB/A. Gemäß § 17 Abs. 2 VOB/A wird mitgeteilt, dass die Vergabestelle beabsichtigt, umgehend eine neue öffentlichen Ausschreibung durchzuführen.
