    Die Stadt Rödental - nachfolgend "Gebietskörperschaft" - führt zur Auswahl eines Netzbetreibers, der nach dem sog. Wirtschaftlichkeitslückenmodell mit einem öffentlichen Zuschuss die Planung, Errichtung und den Betrieb eines ultraschnellen NGA-Netzes realisieren kann, gemäß §12 Abs. 1 KonzVgV i.V.m. §14 Abs. 3 VgV ein Verhandlungsverfahren mit vorgeschaltetem Teilnahmewettbewerb durch. Der Netzbetreiber, dem nach Abschluss dieses Auswahlverfahrens der Zuschlag erteilt wird, erhält eine Dienstleistungskonzession zum Aufbau und Betrieb eines gigabitfähigen NGA-Netzes für das mit Abschluss des Auswahlverfahrens feststehende Erschließungsgebiet. Für die zu realisierenden Breitbandanschlüsse werden folgende Leistungsanforderungen gestellt: - Das entsprechende Gigabit-Netz muss für Point-to-Point-Lösungen ausgelegt sein. - Nach dem Auf- bzw. Ausbau müssen für die zu realisierenden Anschlüsse gemäß beigefügter Adressliste Übertragungsraten von mindestens 1 Gbit/s symmetrisch zuverlässig zur Verfügung stehen.
