Lot LOT-0001: Erd - und Rohbauarbeiten - Umbau Stadtbücherei
Die Stadtbibliothek im denkmalgeschützten Villa-Gebäude in Hemer soll umgebaut und um die Räumlichkeiten der angrenzenden ehemaligen Fabrik, sowie des ebenfalls unter Denkmalschutz stehenden, angrenzenden Kutscherhauses erweitert werden. Weiterhin ist die Erweiterung der Bibliotheksfläche im vorderen Bereich zur Straße geplant, welche mit einer großzügig verglasten Pfosten-Riegel-Fassade abschließt und die Gebäude Villa und Kutscherhaus verbindet. Im Zuge der Um/Neubauarbeiten sind Erd-, Abbruch- und Rohbauarbeiten anzubieten. Dieses betrifft alle Bauteile (Villa, Fabrik, Kutscherhaus) Hierzu zählen im Einzelnen: - Decke über der Fabrik - Neubau des Foyers - Neubau eines Treppenhauses - Neubau eines Aufzugschachtes - Fassadensanierung Kutscherhaus - Verschiedene Abbruch- und Mauerarbeiten
