From the notice

Es wird die Vorbereitung und der Erwerb des Ausbildungsabschlusses "Elektroniker/in für Automatisierungstechnik" (gem. Verordnung über die Berufsausbildung in den industriellen Elektroberufen vom 24.07.2007 (BGBl. I S. 1678) in der Fassung vom 26.06.2018 (BGBl. I S. 896), angestrebt. In einer Gruppe von maximal 20 Soldatinnen und Soldaten soll der / die Auftragnehmer/in (AN) die Gruppe in Vollzeit auf die Abschlussprüfung vor dem Prüfungsausschuss der Industrie- und Handelskammer (IHK) zu Rostock vorbereiten. Zum Leistungsumfang zählen auch die Vorbereitungen auf mögliche Wiederholungsprüfungen durch den AN. Dies gilt für alle angefangenen Maßnahmen auch über das Vertragsende hinaus. Rahmenvertrag mit einer Laufzeit vom 01.04.2027 - 31.03.2029 mit der Verlängerungsoption um 1 Jahr nach § 15 Abs. 4 UVgO, bzw. § 21 Abs. 6 VgV i.V. m. § 65 Abs. 2 VgV. Pro Jahr ist 1 Abruf geplant. Die auftraggebende Partei hat in Abstimmung mit der auftragnehmenden Partei darüber hinaus die Möglichkeit bis zu 1 weitere Maßnahme über die maximale Vertragslaufzeit abzurufen.
