Lot LOT-0001: Neubau eines Feuerwehrgerätehauses in 04519 Rackwitz, OT Zschortau
Die notwendigen Planungsleistungen sollen stufenweise in einem Vertrag zur Gesamtplanung vergeben werden. Zum planerischen Umfang zählen folgende Leistungen: - Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume LPH 4 bis 9 gemäß § 34 HOAI, - Objektplanung Freianlagen LPH 4 bis 9 gemäß § 39 HOAI, - Tragwerksplanung LPH 1 bis 6 gemäß § 51 HOAI - Planung der Technischen Ausrüstung LPH 4 – 9 gemäß § 55 HOAI, - Erstellung der brandschutztechnischen Nachweise im Zuge der Baugenehmigung und brandschutztechnische Beratung im Rahmen der LPH 4-8, - Erstellung der bauphysikalischen Nachweise im Zuge der Baugenehmigung und bauphysikalische Beratung im Rahmen der LPH 4-8. Die hier ausgeschriebene planerische Leistung wird stufenweise wie folgt vergeben: - Stufe 1: Fest beauftragt werden die Leistungsphasen 4, - Stufe 2: Optional beauftragt werden die Leistungsphasen 5 bis 6, - Stufe 3: Optional beauftragt werden die Leistungsphasen 7 bis 8, - Stufe 4: Optional beauftragt werden die Leistungsphase 9. Eine ausführliche Leistungsbeschreibung ist dem Vertrag zu entnehmen.
