Der ZVH schreibt die Planung, Lieferung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme und betriebsfertige Übergabe einer Abluftreinigung aus. Gereinigt werden sollen zwei Abluftströmen aus dem Prozessbereich. AXX aus ATEX-Bereichen mit ca. 1.020 Nm³/h sowie AEX aus übrigen Prozessbereichen mit ca. 3.300 Nm³/h. Aufgrund des diskontinuierlichen BMP-Betriebs sind schwankende Abluftbelastungen zu berücksichtigen. Die Grenzwerte der TA Luft für organische Stoffe und Ammoniak sind einzuhalten. Vorgesehen ist eine Aktivkohleadsorption oder ein gleichwertiges Verfahren, bei Bedarf ergänzt um weitere Reinigungsstufen. Zulässig sind Lösungen zur Miete oder zum Kauf. Erforderlich sind ein sicherer Adsorberwechsel, ein modular anpassbarer Anlagenaufbau sowie die Möglichkeit zur Integration eines Mess- und Inertisierungssystems. Lot LOT-0001: Planung, Dimensionierung und Installation einer Abluftreinigung für den Biocampus MultiPilot (BMP)
Grundlage des Designs ist die Reinigung von zwei Abluftströmen aus dem Prozessbereich. Der Abluftstrom AXX stammt aus Bereichen mit ATEX-Anforderungen und beträgt rund 1.020 Nm³/h. Der Abluftstrom AEX umfasst die übrigen Prozessbereiche mit einem Volumenstrom von bis zu 3.300 Nm³/h. Da die BMP diskontinuierlich betrieben wird, ist mit zeitlich variierenden Belastungen der Abluftströme zu rechnen. Die Anlage ist daher so auszulegen, dass die geltenden Grenzwerte der TA Luft für organische Stoffe und Ammoniak zuverlässig eingehalten werden. Als bevorzugtes Reinigungsverfahren ist der Einsatz von Aktivkohle oder eines technisch gleichwertigen adsorptiven Verfahrens vorgesehen. Bei Bedarf können zusätzliche Abluftreinigungsstufen integriert werden. Die Lösung kann sowohl im Rahmen eines Mietmodells einschließlich Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Wartung und Demontage als auch als käuflich zu erwerbende Anlage mit Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme realisiert werden. Der Betrieb der Anlage, insb. der je nach Beladung erfordelriche Austausch des Adsorbermaterials sowie Wartungen sollen in Form eine Rahmenvertrags geregelt sein. Der sichere und kontrollierte Austausch der Adsorber mit geringen Ausfallzeiten ist sicherzustellen. Darüber hinaus soll die Anlage modular aufgebaut sein, um sie bei Veränderungen der Abluftbelastung flexibel erweitern oder anpassen zu können. Zur Vermeidung von Glutnestern beziehungsweise Hotspots innerhalb des Adsorbermaterials müssen die Integration eines geeigneten Mess- und Inertisierungssystems sowie eine Messung der Schadstoffkonzentrationen in der Abluft möglich sein. Die Aufstellung ist auf einer vorbereiteteten Betonfläche von ca 5x12 m vorgesehen. ENGLISH VERSION: The design is based on the treatment of two exhaust air streams from the process area. Exhaust air stream AXX originates from areas subject to ATEX requirements and amounts to approximately 1,020 Nm³/h. Exhaust air stream AEX covers the remaining process areas, with a flow rate of up to 3,300 Nm³/h. As the BMP is operated intermittently, time-varying loads on the exhaust air streams must be expected. The system must therefore be designed to reliably comply with the applicable TA Luft emission limits for organic substances and ammonia. The preferred treatment method is activated carbon or a technically equivalent adsorption process. Additional exhaust air treatment stages may be integrated where required. The solution may be implemented either as a rental model, including installation, commissioning, maintenance and dismantling, or as a purchased system, including delivery, installation and commissioning. The operation of the system - including the replacement of the adsorber material (as required depending on the load) and maintenance - shall be governed by a framework agreement. The safe and controlled replacement of adsorbers, with minimal downtime, must be ensured. In addition, the system should have a modular design to enable flexible expansion or adaptation in response to changing exhaust air loads. To prevent smouldering or hotspots within the adsorbent material, the integration of a suitable monitoring and inerting system, as well as measurement of pollutant concentrations in the exhaust air, must be possible. The system is to be installed on a prepared concrete area of approximately 5 × 12 m. Further information will be provided to interested companies, subject to the signing of a non-disclosure agreement and acknowledgement of the privacy notice, in order to protect confidentiality.
