Gegenstand des zu vergebenen Auftrags ist die Erbringung von Projektsteuerungsleistungen – Technische Oberleitung / Objektüberwachung für den Neubau eines Forschungsgebäudes der TRON gGmbH. Die TRON gGmbH benötigt eine externe Unterstützung im Bereich Projektsteuerungsleistungen – Technische Oberleitung / Objektüberwachung. Bei Beginn der Leistungserbringung ist der Rohbau fertiggestellt. Die Stahlbauarbeiten der aufgesetzten Technikzentralen sind ebenfalls weitestgehend fertiggestellt. Das Gebäude ist weitestgehend mit Fassaden versehen und wind- und regendicht. Die Arbeiten der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung und des Innenausbaus haben begonnen.
