Geplant ist der Ersatzneubau der Schwimmhalle "Aqua Siwa" in Ratzeburg als zweigeschossiger Neubau mit Schwimmerbecken und Mehrzweckbecken. Das Schwimmerbecken ist mit einem Hubboden und einer Sprunganlage ausgestattet. Der Neubau wird als Massivbau mit Holzdachkonstruktionen und Stahlfachwerk in den Hallenbereichen errichtet. Das Gebäude umfasst ca. 3.331 m² Bruttogrundfläche (BGF) sowie die erforderlichen Technik-, Verkehrs- und Nebenflächen. Der bestehende Hallenbadbetrieb bleibt bis zur Fertigstellung des Ersatzneubaus aufrechterhalten.
