Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Erbringung von Leistungen der naturschutzfachlichen Baubegleitung für das Projekt NordOstLink. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere die naturschutzfachliche Beratung und Begleitung des Auftraggebers und der Bauausführung, die Abstimmung mit Fach- und Naturschutzbehörden, die naturschutzfachliche Begleitung und Kontrolle der Bauausführung, die Umsetzung und Überwachung artenschutzrechtlicher sowie naturschutzfachlicher Schutz- und Vermeidungsmaßnahmen, die Dokumentation und Berichterstattung sowie die Erstellung von Nachbilanzierungen und Abschlussdokumentationen. Die Leistungserbringung erfolgt in den Phasen Planungs- und Bauvorbereitung, Bauausführung sowie Nachbereitung der Baumaßnahmen (s. Leistungsbeschreibung).
