Das Gesamtliefervolumen beträgt pro Lieferjahr ca. 943.889 kWh. Die zu den einzelnen Entnahmestellen im Leistungsverzeichnis angegebenen jährlichen Ver-brauchs- und Leistungsdaten stammen aus der aktuellen Prognose des derzeitigen Energieversorgers. Diese Daten stellen lediglich einen Orientierungsrahmen für die Angebotskalkulation und keine verbindlichen Entnahmemengen dar. Alle mit der Aufnahme und Durchführung der Lieferung von Strom an die einzelnen Entnahmestellen verbundenen Leistungen sind durch den Auftragnehmer zu erbringen. Das beinhaltet insbesondere die Netznutzung, Beschaffung, Belieferung, Messung der Verbrauchs- und Lastgangdaten sowie Abrechnung.
