Lieferung, Einrichtung und Betrieb einer Alarmübertragungsanlage für Brandmeldungen. Einrichtung von Schnittstellen zur Anschaltung der Leitstelle Remscheid. Vergabe einer Konzession über die Dauer von 10 Jahren für die Einrichtung, Unterhaltung und Betrieb einer Alarmübertragungsanlage für Brandmeldungen im Bereich der Stadt Remscheid. Umfang ca. 200 vorhandene Übertragungseinheiten (ÜE) beim Teilnehmer, ca. 10 neue Übertragungseinheiten je Jahr. Anschluss mit Empfangszentrale in der Leitstelle Remscheid, Einrichtung einer Alarmempfangsstelle beim Auftragnehmer, Anschaltung über eine Firewall mit Schnittstelle zum vorhanden Einsatzleitsystem. Einrichtung eines Übertragungsnetzes, Betrieb der Anlage über 10 Jahre.
