Totalübernehmer Ersatzneubau Autobahnmeisterei Köln Die Autobahnmeisterei Köln (AM Köln) befindet sich an der "Dürener Straße 466" in 50858 Köln, Nordrhein-Westfalen. Sie soll aufgrund des maroden und sanierungsbedürftigen Zustandes überwiegend neu errichtet werden. Die angestrebten Kapazitätserweiterungen hinsichtlich des Personals und des Fuhrparks bedingen ebenfalls einen Neubau, der die Erweiterung der heute zur Verfügung stehenden Nutzflächen zur Folge hat. Das Projekt soll nach modernen energetischen, bautechnischen, wirtschaftlichen und nachhaltigen Gesichtspunkten umgesetzt werden. Das Projekt 'Ersatzneubau Autobahnmeisterei Köln' soll über effiziente Gebäude und Wegestrukturen verfügen, der Betrieb nachhaltig organisiert und mit regenerativen Techniken sowie aus recyclebaren bzw. recycelten Baustoffen realisiert werden, um einen zukunftsweisenden Standard für weitere Betriebsstandorte zu setzen.
