Neubau eines Wirtschafts- & Betreuungsgebäudes mit einer Truppenküche für 600 Verpflegungsteilnehmern, im EG die Truppenküche, im OG der Betreuungsbereich, bestehend aus: Einbau und Installation von Edelstahlmöbeln wie Handwaschbecken und Spültischanlagen, mit Sanitärfestanschluss und div. Kleinteile Zwei Kochgeräteblöcke (EG und OG) mit Edelstahl-Anfahr-/Anschlusswänden sowie fahrbaren Kochgeräten, wie Heißluftdämpfer, Multifunktionsgeräte, Kochkesseln und Herden. Einbau einer Fahrregalanlage (nur EG) Einbau und Installation einer Nassmüllentsorgungsanlage über 3 Ebenen mit 3 Aufgabestationen (2 St. im EG, 1 St. im OG), mit Sammeltank im UG und Abtankstation an der Fassade. Einbau und Installation zweier kältetechnischer Anlagen, jeweils eine für die Kühlräume im EG und OG, mit Luftkühler auf dem Dach und entsprechender Verrohrung und Verkabelung. Einbau einer Bandspülanlage, einer Haubenspülmaschine sowie einer Topfspülmaschine. Einbau zweier Kühlraumblöcke (EG und OG) mittels konventionellem Kühlraumbau, mit Dämmpaneeltrennwänden der Räume untereinander und aufgelegter Dämmpaneeldecke.
