    Gerüstbauarbeiten Die Gerüste werden bereits für die Rohbauarbeiten ab Herstellung der Decke über Erdgeschoß aufgestellt und bis zum Abschluß der Fassadenarbeiten bzw. Dachabdichtungs- und Dachdeckungsarbeiten vorgehalten. Die Gerüste werden dementsprechend geschoßweise Zug um Zug mit dem wachsenden Rohbau ergänzt.
