    Die Mühlenkreiskliniken AöR planen in 32339 Espelkamp an der Straße Gabelhorst den Neubau der Klinik Lübbecker Land. Zur Herrichtung des Baufeldes sind Vorabmaßnahmen geplant. Die Vorabmaßnahmen beinhalten: - Abtrag und Lagerung von Oberboden 10.100 m³ - Abtrag und Abfuhr von Oberboden 13.300 m³ - Abtrag und Abfuhr von Boden 2.800 m³ - Lieferung und Einbau von Füllboden 9.250 m³ - Herstellung von asphaltierten Baustraßen, Ausweich- und Wendeflächen 7.150 m² - Herstellung einer geschotterten Baustelleneinrichtungsfläche für die späteren Gewerke 4.500 m² - Herstellung einer provisorischen Schmutzwasseranbindung 350 m - Herstellung von offenen Gräben und einer Mulde 2250 m² - Fäll- und Rodungsarbeiten 1.600 m² - Herstellung von Betonwinkelstützwänden 144 m Die Baumaßnahme befindet sich auf einer ehemaligen landwirtschaftlichen Fläche. Vor dem vollständigen Oberbodenabtrag sind die Baustraßen und die Ausweich- und Wendeflächen herzustellen. Ein Teil des Oberbodens wird auf einer benachbarten Fläche für spätere Baumaßnahmen gelagert. Ein weiterer Teil des Oberbodenabtrags wird auf einer weiteren Lagerfläche des Auftraggebers gelagert. Der überwiegende Teil ist abzufahren. Zur Herstellung der Baustraßen ist Füllboden einzubringen und anschließend der Oberbau herzustellen. Für die Baustelleneinrichtungsfläche ist eine Schmutzwasseranbindung für die späteren Sanitäreinrichtungen herzustellen.
