Die vollständige Leistungsbeschreibung (Teil C) wird mit der Aufforderung zur Angebotsabgabe nach Abschluss des Präqualifikationsverfahrens übermittelt.

Lot LOT-0001: WPA 3 Lieferung, Errichtung und Inbetriebnahme des Rheinwassersystems (Los RLS)
Die MVV Flusswärme GmbH plant die Errichtung und den Betrieb einer dritten Flusswasser-Wärmepumpenanlage (WPA3) auf dem Gelände des Großkraftwerks Mannheim (GKM) in Mann-heim-Neckarau. Die Anlage soll eine thermische Leistung von rund 120 MW bereitstellen und einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur nachhaltigen und CO2-armen Wärmeversorgung leisten. Zur Sicherstellung der erforderlichen Rheinwasserversorgung der Wärmepumpenanlage sind im bestehenden Siebmaschinenpumpenhaus (SMPH) Block 1+2 drei neue Rheinwasserpumpen mit einer Förderleistung von jeweils 3 m³/s zu installieren. Die Pumpen sollen an die bestehenden Fundamentringe angepasst werden. Im Anschluss an jede Pumpe ist eine kombinierte Rückschlag-Absperrklappe zu liefern, zu montieren und in das Gesamtsystem zu integrieren. Die Anbindung der Pumpen (jeweils ca. DN1200) erfolgt über neu zu errichtende innenbeschichtete Stahlrohrleitungen, welche von den Pumpen über einen Sammler (ca. DN2000) an die durch das Los RLB (Rohrleitungsbau) verlegte GFK-Rohrleitung (ca. DN2000) im Innenbereich über einen Flanschanschluss anzuschließen ist. Für die Pumpen wurden seitens des Auftraggebers bereits eine Marktanfrage bei einem potenziellen Hersteller durchgeführt. Neben den maschinen- und rohrleitungstechnischen Maßnahmen sind erforderliche Neben- und Hilfsbauleistungen auszuführen. Hierzu zählen insbesondere die Herstellung von Tauch- und Prallwänden in der Pumpenkammer, gegebenenfalls Rohrlagerfundamente sowie erforderliche Mo-difikationen an bestehenden Gitterrosten. Der Liefer- und Leistungsumfang des Auftragnehmers umfasst die vollständige Planung, Konstruk-tion, Fertigung, Lieferung, Montage, Prüfung, Abnahme sowie die Inbetriebnahme der Anlagenkom-ponenten unter Einbindung und Unterstützung der jeweiligen Komponentenhersteller (OEM). Die Anlage ist betriebsbereit, normgerecht und entsprechend den projektbezogenen Anforderungen an den Auftraggeber zu übergeben.
