Freimachung, die Übergabe an Zustellpartner oder die postalische Zustellung sowie die Bereitstellung von Status-, Versand-, Zustell- und Rücklaufdaten. Die Auftragsvergabe erfolgt auf das wirtschaftlichste Angebot im Verhältnis von Preis und Leistung mit dem Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung.
