  1. Lot LOT-0001: Architektenleistungen (Gebäude & Innenräume) gemäß HOAI Objektplanung §§ 33 ff. - Einhard-Gymnasium, Robert-Schuman-Straße 4, 52066 Aachen - Sanierung Aula

    Folgende Leistungen sollen vergeben werden: Architektenleistungen (Gebäude und Innenräume) gemäß HOAI Objektplanung §§ 33 HOAI ff. (Leistungsphasen 1-9 gemäß HOAI § 34 i. V. m. Anlage 10). Die geforderten Leistungen orientieren sich an den Leistungsbildern der HOAI. Die Beauftragung des Auftragnehmers erfolgt in Leistungsstufen. Leistungsstufen für das Leistungsbild Gebäude und Innenräume: 1. Stufe: Leistungsphasen 1 bis 2 2. Stufe: Leistungsphasen 3 bis 4 3. Stufe: Leistungsphasen 5 bis 9 Die Beauftragung der Folgestufe erfolgt in Abhängigkeit der Freigabe durch die Ausschüsse und politischen Gremien. Der AN hat keinen Anspruch auf weitere Beauftragung nach Stufe 1, er kann aus der stufenweisen Beauftragung keine weitergehenden Vergütungsansprüche oder Schadensersatzansprüche ableiten. Besondere Leistungen Leistungsbild Gebäude und lnnenräume gemäß Anlage 10 Ziffer 10.1 HOAI: - LPH 2: Aufstellen einer vertieften Kostenschätzung nach Positionen einzelner Gewerke - LPH 9: Überwachen der Mängelbeseitigung innerhalb der Verjährungsfrist Ausführungsfristen: Bearbeitungszeitraum (Leistungsphasen 1-3): 3. Quartal 2026 - 3. Quartal 2027 Bearbeitungszeitraum (Leistungsphasen 4-7): 1. Quartal 2028 - 1. Quartal 2029 Bearbeitungszeitraum (Leistungsphase 8): 2 Quartal 2029 - 4. Quartal 2029 Abweichend zu den Leistungsstufen im Vertrag ist der Baubeschluss mit Abschluss LPH 3 (Entwurf, Kostenberechnung) relevant. Genauere Angaben entnehmen Sie bitte den Vergabeunterlagen.
