Die Stadtverwaltung Eisenach beabsichtigt ein Parkleitsystem für touristische Parkplätze und Ausweichflächen zu installieren und die entsprechende Steuerungssoftware zu beschaffen. Die Lösung muss als offene, modulare Mobilitätsmanagementplattform konzipiert sein und neben dem Parkraummanagement die zukünftige Integration weiterer LSA-, Verkehrsmanagement-, Umwelt- und Smart-City-Anwendungen ermöglichen. Zur Realisierung sucht die Stadtverwaltung Eisenach einen hochqualifizierten Anbieter mit nachgewiesener Expertise in der Entwicklung, Implementierung und Verwaltung einer umfassenden modularen Mobilitätsmanagementplattform. Finales Ziel ist die Förderung einer intelligenten, vernetzten digitalen Infrastruktur unter Verkürzung der Parksuchzeiten, der Sicherheit gefährdeter Verkehrsteilnehmer und der Reduzierung verkehrsbedingter Emissionen. Als erster Schritt soll mit dieser Ausschreibung der parksuchende Verkehr zu den touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelenkt und die Verkehrssituation entlang der Bundesstraße B19 im Mariental entschärft werden.
