Errichtung einer industriellen Aufbereitungsanlage zur Verarbeitung von Grasschnitt und Laub aus der Landschaftspflege zu pelletierten oder brikettierten Festbrennstoffen (Kapazität ca. 3.100 t/a) am Standort Industriegelände 6, 17139 Malchin, im Rahmen des vom BMEL über die FNR geförderten Verbundprojekts MOOReturn. Der Auftrag umfasst als Generalübernehmerleistung: Planung (einschließlich Genehmigungsplanung), Bauleistungen (Ertüchtigung der Bestandshalle inkl. Hallentore, Medienerschließung, brandschutztechnischer Ertüchtigung, Sozial- und Sanitärräume) sowie die Beschaffung und Montage sämtlicher Anlagenkomponenten der Prozesskette (Dosierung, Waschmaschine, Abtropftrommel, Feinzerkleinerung, Pressentwässerung, thermische Trocknung, Verdichtung). Die Vergabe als integrierte Gesamtleistung dient der Vermeidung von Schnittstellenrisiken und der Sicherstellung einer einheitlichen, vom Generalübernehmer verantworteten Anlagenkonformität. Die Umsetzung des Auftrags ist in aufeinander aufbauenden Leistungsstufen vorgesehen. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, einzelne Leistungsstufen entsprechend dem Projektfortschritt abzurufen. Die Beauftragung weiterer Leistungsstufen erfolgt jeweils vorbehaltlich der Bereitstellung der Fördermittel sowie des Erreichens der definierten Projektmeilensteine.
