Lot LOT-0001: Fortinet Firewall
Die IHK Gesellschaft für Digitalisierung mbH (IHK GDi) mit Sitz in Dortmund ist das gemeinsame Technologie- und Kompetenzzentrum der Industrie- und Handelskammern (IHKs) sowie der Deutschen Industrie- und Handelskammer (DIHK). Gegenstand der Beschaffung in Los 3 war ein Rahmenvertrag über die Lieferung von Firewall-Systemen einschließlich zugehöriger Software, Lizenzen, Subscriptions, Support- und Dienstleistungen für den Betrieb, die Erweiterung und die Fortentwicklung bestehender Netzwerkinfrastrukturen des Auftraggebers und der bezugsberechtigten Einrichtungen. Los 3 umfasste Firewall-Systeme des Herstellers Fortinet, insbesondere Hardware-Firewalls, virtuelle Firewalls, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, Transceiver sowie zugehörige Lizenzen und Subscriptions einschließlich FortiPoints/FortiFlex. Die Ausschreibung erfolgte herstellerspezifisch, da beim Auftraggeber und den bezugsberechtigten Einrichtungen bereits Firewall-Systeme des Herstellers Fortinet produktiv eingesetzt wurden. Gegenstand der Beschaffung waren daher auch die Übernahme und Weiterlizenzierung vorhandener Bestandssysteme sowie deren bedarfsgerechter Austausch und Erweiterung. Zur Sicherstellung der technischen Kompatibilität, Interoperabilität und Betriebsstabilität sowie zur Aufrechterhaltung einer homogenen System- und Sicherheitslandschaft war die weitere Beschaffung von Komponenten und Lizenzen des Herstellers Fortinet erforderlich.
