Ebenfalls gefordert ist ein entsprechender Vor-Ort-Service am nächsten Arbeitstag, sowie ein deutschsprachiger Support, der im Falle von Fragen und Vorfällen als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung steht. Die technischen und mengenmäßigen Einzelheiten zu den Komponenten sowie den Supportleistungen ergeben sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung, dem Anforderungskatalog sowie dem Preisblatt.
