Lot LOT-0001: GPL Sanierung Kinder- und Jugendtreff Hofstede, Riemker Str.
Ziele der Baumaßnahme ist es, das Gebäude umfassend zu sanieren und das Raumprogramm an die heutigen und absehbaren zukünftigen Anforderungen anzupassen. Die Planung der Außenanlagen ist einem Gesamtkonzept mit einzuplanen. Der Generalplaner / Bieter schuldet im Rahmen seines Werkvertrages die Planung und Umsetzung eines mängelfreien Gebäudes, welche ein tragfähiges, zukunftsweisendes und mit dem Nutzer abgestimmtes Raumprogramm besitzt. Hierzu sind u.a. nachfolgende HOAI- und AHO-Leistungen erforderlich: 1. Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume 2. Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung 3. Schadstoff- und Analytik Leistungen 4. Brandschutz 5. Bauphysik / Wärmeschutz 6. SiGeKo-Leistungen 7. Technische Gebäudeausrüstung 8. Geotechnik 9. Freianlagenplanung Im Grunde ergeben sich diese Fachplanungsleistungen aus der HOAI und der Schriftenreihe der AHO in Verbindung mit der Leistungsbeschreibung und den weiteren Anlagen. Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise.
