Zur Überprüfung der Effektivität der Bordbewaffnung von Transport- und Kampfhubschraubern gegen weitreichende unbemannte Drohnen, vergleichbar mit SHAHED 136 wird eine Flugzieldarstellung (sechs Stück) benötigt. Die Flugzieldarstellung muss auf einem Übungsplatz der Bundeswehr in einem Flugbeschränkungsgebiet betrieben werden. Beschreibung des Testmusters: Für die Durchführung der Untersuchung werden 6 Flugzieldarstellungen gekauft, die: - eine Spannweite von mindestens 2m, maximal 3,5m haben, - in einer Flughöhe von 300 bis 2000 Fuß betrieben werden können, - eine Geschwindigkeit von 90 - 120kts Airspeed fliegen können, - eine Flugzeit von mindestens 30 Minuten erreichen und - einen Sicherheitsmechanismus haben, dass auch nach Beschuss und Beschädigung ein Verlassen der Übungsplatzgrenze ausgeschlossen ist. - Sicherheitsabbruchsystem: Die Flugzieldarstellung darf die Flugbox bei Beschädigung keinesfalls verlassen und muss unmittelbar im Rahmen der physikalisch-technischen Möglichkeiten abstürzen (Eignungsvoraussetzung). Darüber hinaus sind für die Durchführung der Untersuchung gefordert: - mindestens 6 Schießübungen, - die Auswertung von Treffern in Echtzeit oder nach Bergung und - in mindestens einem Durchgang soll die Flugzieldarstellung durch Waffenwirkung zum Absturz gebracht werden, ohne dass ein Trefferauswertesystem einen Fallschirm auslöst
