Ausbau aller technischen Anlagenteile und Haustechnik, ca. 3200 m³ Verfüllung von Kellerbereichen mit Flüssigboden zur Auftriebssicherung, ca. 102.000 m³ umbauter Raum Abbruch Gebäude, ca. 9.800 m³ Bodenauffüllung von Baugruben, 8.000 m² Grobplanum, Entsorgung: ca.350 t Asbest, ca. 170 t KMF, ca. 45.000 t Bauschutt, ca. 300 t teerfreie Dachbahnen
