  1. Lot LOT-0001: Revisionssoftware

    Eine automatisierte Übergabe von Berichten an die geprüften Bereiche inkl. einer workflowbasierten Maßnahmenverfolgung sollte hierbei möglich sein (webbasiertes Follow-up an die Revisionssoftware angeschlossen). Ebenso sollte die Erstellung von standardisierten Reports und Auswertungen auf Knopfdruck gewährleistet sein. Ziel ist die Ablösung der bisherigen Revisionssoftware (EY VIA) sowie die durchgängig digitale und revisionssichere Dokumentation der Kernprozesse der Internen Revision - von der Prüfungsplanung über die Prüfungsdurchführung bis zum Follow-up offener Maßnahmen und zum Stakeholder-orientierten Reporting. Dazu muss eine Bereitstellung einer Softwarelösung als End-to-End-Lösung zur Abbildung der Revisi-ons-Prozesse inkl. digitaler Akte je Prüfung, Workflowsteuerung, Maßnahmenmanagement mit auto-matisiertem Follow-up, Portal für Geprüfte, Dashboards/KPIs sowie automatisiertem Berichtswesen angeboten werden. Interne Nutzer*innen aktuell: 7 Revisor*innen, 1 Prüfungsleitung (CAE/Leitung). Prüfungsportfolio: ca. 20-30 Audits/Jahr in unterschiedlichen Größen und Schwerpunkten (Allge-mein/Kaufmännisch, IT und Bau). Zusätzlich ist ein Frontend/Portal für Geprüfte (ca. 50-100 Nutzer*innen) zur Nachverfolgung von Maß-nahmen und zur Ablage/Einsicht von Berichten gefordert. Die Lösung soll als Cloudmodell angeboten werden. Der Abschluss eines EVB-IT-Systemvertrages ist obligatorisch. Die Implementierung soll ab Anfang Oktober 2026 begonnen werden und spätestens zum 15. Dezem-ber 2026 abgeschlossen sein. Während dieser Zeit sollen bereits testweise 1 bis 2 Prüfungen inner-halb der Software durchgeführt und dort dokumentiert werden.
