  1. Lot LOT-0000: Lieferung von Verkehrszeichen an die SM Burgwedel und SM Ronnenberg, Rahmenvertrag 2027-2029

    In der Zuständigkeit der Region Hannover sind zur Gewährleistung der Verkehrssicherheit Neu- und Ersatzbeschilderung im Gebiet der Region Hannover erforderlich. Dieser Rahmenvertrag beinhaltet Lieferung von Verkehrszeichen, Rohrpfosten und Befestigungsmaterials. Der Abruf der Einzelbestellungen erfolgt von der zuständigen Straßenmeisterei. Es handelt sich um einen Rahmenvertrag mit einer Vertragslaufzeit zunächst für ein Jahr bis Ende 2027 mit Option auf Verlängerung um ein weiteres Jahr, jedoch höchstens für drei Jahre bis Ende 2029. Die im LV erfassten Mengen sind für die Gesamtlaufzeit des Rahmenvertrages (mit Option ca. 3 Jahre) geschätzt und dienen der Angebotswertung. Ein Anspruch auf die Erbringung der Gesamtleistung aus dem Vertrag und daraus resultierende Gesamtvergütung besteht nicht. Die Mengen pro Abruf variieren. Die vorgesehenen Einzelabrufe haben ein Auftragsvolumen von bis maximal 50.000,00 € Brutto. Voraussichtlich erfolgen insgesamt ca. 20 bis 50 Abrufe pro Jahr für beide Meistereien. Der Abruf erfolgt in der Regel separat für Straßenmeisterei Ronnenberg und Straßenmeisterei Burgwedel. Der Schätzwert (netto) beträgt: ca. 685.000 € Der maximale Auftragswert (netto) beträgt: ca. 1.027.500 € Ein Anspruch auf die Erbringung der Gesamtleistung aus dem Vertrag und daraus resultierende Gesamtvergütung besteht nicht.
