Neubau einer Feuer- und Rettungswache Metallbauarbeiten II -Fenster und Türen- Projektierung, Herstellung, Lieferung und Montage von Fenster und Außentürelementen sowie eines Fassaden-Systems als Pfosten-Riegel-Konstruktion aus hochwärmegedämmten Aluminiumprofilen, dies im Zusammenhang mit der Erstellung eines geschossweisen, in nördlicher Richtung abtreppenden, bis zu viergeschossigen Neubaukörpers in der Ausführung einer Massivbauweise und in Form einer Blockrandbebauung, der entlang des Verlaufs der Grundstücksgrenzen sich um einen zentralen Innenhof entwickelt. Die neue bauliche Anlage dient der Nutzung als städtische Feuer- und Rettungswache. - Baugrundstücksfläche gesamt 8.700 m². - Bruttogrundfläche gesamt ca. 16.462 m². - Bruttorauminhalt gesamt ca. 94.900 m³. - Bruttogrundfläche Untergeschoss (Tiefgarage) ca. 6.207 m². - Bruttogrundfläche Erdgeschoss ca. 4.117 m². - Bruttogrundfläche 1.
