Die Plattform ist für die Abwicklung von Projekten unterschiedlicher Größenordnungen ausgelegt und soll insbesondere sowohl Großprojekte mit hohem Bauvolumen als auch kleinere und mittelgroße Bau- und Infrastrukturmaßnahmen unterstützen. Sie dient als zentrale Informations- und Kollaborationsplattform über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus hinweg und unterstützt insbesondere das Dokumenten- und Planmanagement, die Projektkommunikation, Workflow- und Freigabeprozesse, Aufgaben- und Ticketmanagement, Rollen- und Berechtigungsmanagement, Versionierung, Audit-Trail-Funktionen, Recherche- und Suchfunktionen, Reporting sowie die Anbindung und Integration von Drittsystemen über offene Schnittstellen. Die Rahmenvereinbarung umfasst Softwarebereitstellung (SaaS), Implementierungsleistungen, Schulungen, Supportleistungen sowie optionale projektbezogene Erweiterungen.
