Der Landkreis Ostprignitz-Ruppin beabsichtigt, die derzeit eingesetzte Finanzsoftware Finanz+ der MACH AG (ehem. DataPlan GmbH) durch eine neue, moderne, mandantenfähige HKR-Software abzulösen. Besonderer Wert wird dabei auf die Möglichkeit gelegt, bestehende und gut funktionierende Bearbeitungsprozesse beizubehalten, aber bei Bedarf verbesserte Prozesse unter Nutzung der neuen Software zu etablieren. Es sollten alle Daten aus dem Altsystem übernommen werden, die notwendig sind, um Abschreibungen, SoPo-Auflösungen, Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten, Niederschlagungen, Stundungen und Rückstellungen korrekt in den Folgejahren buchen zu können. Ziel ist es, das Haushaltsjahr 2028 mit der neuen HKR-Software zu beginnen.
