Zu den Mindestanforderungen zählt unter anderem der Abschluss einer DSGVO-konformen datenschutzrechtlichen Vereinbarung (AVV). Darüber hinaus sind sämtliche erforderlichen Integrations- und Migrationsleistungen in die angebotene Lösung zu planen und durchzuführen.
