  1. Lot LOT-0001: Studiobetreuung im Hauptstadtstudio (HSS) Berlin

    1 Durchführung von bühnen- und szenenbau- technischen Leistungen im Studio mit Fachpersonal in Form der Betreuung, der Ein-, Um- und Ausbauten der Dekorationen inkl. Transport und Ein- bzw. Auslagerung in den ZDF eigenen bzw. externen Lagerstätten. Die Dekorationen sind sorgfältig zu behandeln. Hinzukommen könnten eventuell mit dem ZDF vorher abgesprochene kleinere Reparaturen und Ausbesserungen an den Dekorationen. Die Vorhaltung der entsprechenden Werkzeuge und Kleinmaschinen gehört daher zum erforderlichen Leistungsspektrum. 1.2 Gestellung/Einsatz des/r Gruppenleiters/in für die Organisation zur Erfüllung des Leistungserfordernisses. Der/die Gruppenleiter/in ist weisungsberechtigt gegenüber dem Personal des Auftragnehmers. Der/die Gruppenleiter/-in arbeitet während seiner Dienstzeit bei allen anfallenden Bühnenarbeiten mit. Neben dem/der Gruppenleiter/in ist auch eine Vertretung namentlich zu benennen. Diese Personen sind für die Koordination und Leistungserbringung gegenüber dem ZDF verantwortliche Ansprechpartner. Es muss gewährleistet sein, dass der/die Stellvertreter/in über alle für einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf notwendigen Informationen verfügt.
