Lot LOT-0001: Projektsteuerung für den Neubau einer Leitstelle für Rettungsdienst und Brandschutz
Seit 2006 arbeiten die Landkreise Rotenburg (Wümme), Harburg und Heidekreis im Rettungsdienst und Brandschutz in Form eines virtuellen Leitstellenverbundes zusammen, um Servicelevel und Ausfallsicherheit zu verbessern. Im Oktober 2024 beschlossen die drei Landkreise gemeinsam mit dem Landkreis Lüneburg die Gründung einer gemeinsamen integrierten Leitstelle des Rettungsdienstes und Brandschutzes als kommunale Anstalt des öffentlichen Rechts (Integrierte Regionalleitstelle Lüneburger Heide AöR). Sie wurde durch die gemeinsame Satzung am 18. Februar 2025 rechtskräftig. Die AöR hat nach ihrer Gründung zunächst die Aufgabe, eine neue gemeinsame Leitstelle zu planen, zu errichten und betriebsbereit zu machen. Für dieses Vorhaben soll eine externe Projektsteuerung beauftragt werden.
