Gegenstand der Leistungsumfangs ist die Planung der Primär- und Sekundärtechnik, inkl. EB, Schutz-, Leit-, Fernwirktechnik, der 110/10-kV-Umspannanlage im Gebäude der Energiezentrale (EZ) des Geothermieprojekts Virginia Depot (110-kV-Kundenanlage) und umfasst die Anlagengruppen der elektrischen Starkstromanlagen sowie der nutzungsspezifischen und kommunikationstechnischen Anlagen, soweit diese für den sicheren Betrieb der Umspannanlage erforderlich sind. Die Kundenanlage besteht im Wesentlichen aus: 110-kV-Anlage mit (F-gasfrei) gasisolierter Schaltanlage, zwei 40 MVA 110/10-kV-Transformatoren, HS/NS-Verkabelung. Die Anlage wird in eine bestehende 110-kV-Kabelverbindung eingeschliffen. Die Elektroplanung für das Gebäude sowie Objektplanung sind nicht Gegenstand des Planungsumfangs und werden durch separat beauftragte Dritte bearbeitet. Der AN ist verpflichtet, die Koordination insbesondere an den Schnittstellen zum Netzbetreiber, Objektplaner, Technikplaner EZ und zur Standortentwicklung sicherzustellen. Beauftragt werden die Leistungsphasen 2-8 der AG 4 und AG 5 der Technischen Ausrüstung nach HOAI. Die vorläufigen anrechenbaren Kosten für den Auftrag liegen bei 7,1 Mio EUR. Wesentliche Terminziele sind auf Basis des aktuellen Planungsstands wie folgt: - Kick-Off Planungsteam EZ (Objektplanung, Anlagentechnik, 110-kV): Q1 2027 - Abschluss LPH 2: Q2/2027 (LLIs) und Q2/2027 (nicht LLIs) - Abschluss LPH 3 Q2/2027 (LLIs) und Q3/2027 (nicht-LLIs) - Abschluss LPH 4: Q2/2027 (LLIs) und Q4/2027 (nicht-LLIs) - Abschluss LPH 5: Q3/2027 (LLIs) und Q3/2028 (nicht-LLIs) - Abschluss LPH 6: Q3/2027 (LLIs) und Q4/2028 (nicht-LLIs) - Abschluss LPH 7: Q3/2027 (LLIs) und Q4/2028 (nicht-LLIs) - Abschluss LPH 8: Q2/2031 (LLIs) und Q2/2031 (nicht-LLIs)
