    Am Standort Michaelibad (Heinrich-Wieland-Str. 16, München-Ramersdorf) wird ein neues Tiefengeothermieprojekt umgesetzt. Die Baugrube für ein späteres Gebäude (sog. Wärmestation) ist hierzu zu errichten. Die Grundfläche der Baugrube beträgt ca. 2.250 m². Die Aushubtiefe liegt ca. 16,3 m unter GOK. Der Verbau besteht größtenteils aus rückverankerten und ausgesteiften Schlitzwänden. Ein ab GOK auskragender Gebäudeteil erhält eine Tiefgründung. Wesentliche Leistungen sind: - ca. 37.300 m³ Aushub und Entsorgung - ca. 6.300 m² Schlitzwand, Tiefe ca. 32m - ca. 120 m² Trägerbohlverbau - ca. 1.200 lfm Bohrpfähle (zur Tiefgründung) - ca. 220 bauzeitliche Verpressanker - ca. 570 Mikropfähle zur Auftriebssicherung - Wasserhaltung Besonderheiten: - zentrale BE (Strom, Wasser, Container, Einfriedung/Überwachung usw.) wird bauseits gestellt
