Architektenleistungen nach § 35 in Verbindung mit Anlage 10 - HOAI -Leistungsbild Gebäude: Objektplanungsleistungen für die Gesamtmaßnahme (GMN) am Eleonorengymnasium Erstellung eines Gesamtkonzepters für die gesamte Liegenschaft Objektplanung in der Denkmalpflege für die Erweiterung, Instandsetzung und den Umbau und Nutzungsänderung des Direktorenwohnhauses LPH 0 bis 9 (HOAI 2021) Sanierung und Instandsetzung des Eleonorengymnasiums in Worms LPH 0 bis 9 (HOAI2021) Aufgrund der eventuellen Fördermodalitäten und der Haushaltslage der Stadt Worms ist eine Stufenbeauftragung zwingend erforderlich, es wird deshalb in mehreren Stufen beauftragt. Hauptauftrag: - St 01: LPH 0 bis LPH 2 für die Erstellung eines Gesamtkonzeptes für die gesamte Liegenschaft unter Einbeziehung beider Gebäudeteile (Direktorenwohnhaus und Hauptgebäude einschließlich Fassadensanierung und Schulhof) - St 02: LPH 3 und 4 für das Direktorenwohnhaus Nachfolgende, mögliche Stufen können als Stufenaufträge folgen - St 03: LPH 3 und 4 für sämtliche andere Maßnahmen - St 04: LPH 5 bis 9 für das Direktorenwohnhaus - St 05: LPH 5 bis 9 für die beiden notwendigen Treppenräume, die Geländer und Oberlichter und die Türen im UG - St 06: LPH 5 bis 9 für die Dachraumüberwachung und Dämmung Dachstuhl - St 07: LPH 5 bis 9 für die Fassade - St 08: LPH 5 bis 9 für die Fenster - St 09: LPH 5 bis 9 für die Umfassungsmauer - St 10: LPH 5 bis 9 für die Erneuerung der Entwässerung mit dadurch einhergehender Schulhofsanierung, evtl. Abdichtung des Gebäudes - St 11: LPH 5 bis 9 für die Brandschutzsanierung der nicht sanierten Gebäudeflügel mit Decken - St 12: LPH 5 bis 9 für den Ausbau weiterer naturwissenschaftlicher Fachsäle - St 13: LPH 5 bis 9 für die Sanierung des Hauptdaches - St 14: LPH 5-9 Zuarbeit Haustechnik Gesamtgebäude Hinweis: Während des Vergabeverfahrens müssen gemäß der Vorgaben aus der VgV jeweils die maximalen Honorarsummen incl. aller Stufen / Optionen angefragt werden. In den Vertragsmustern werden die jeweiligen Stufen und deren Abrufmodalitäten ergänzend zu dieser VgV-Verfahrensunterlage genauer geregelt.
