VE 47999-05 Lüftungsdecke Kurzbeschreibung: Im Zuge der Baumaßnahme wird im Gebäude eine Mitarbeiterkantine als Regenerierküche mit Frischkostanteil errichtet. Hierzu werden verschiedene Bereiche (Ausgabe und Spülküche) mit einer Küchenlüftungsdecke ausgestattet. Die thermischen Geräte befinden sich in der Ausgabe. Die thermischen Geräte mit stärkeren Geruchsemmission (Bratplatte, Fritteuse, Wok) werden unter Düsenplatten platziert. Im Bereich der Ausgabe sind daher drei Düsenplatten vorgesehen, die mit UV-Reinigungsanlagen bestückt und durch Küchenlöschanlagen geschützt sind. Die Gestaltung der Lüftungsdecke im Bereich der Ausgabe ist komplexer, da diese auf der runden Geometrie der Ausgabe basiert und sämtliche Deckenelemente radial angeordnet und geformt sind. Lüftungsdecken als Flachdecke konzipiert mit Zu- und Abluftfeldern, sowie Akustik- und Blind-Paneelen. Alle Lüftungsdecken komplett mit Unterkonstruktion und mit LED-Leuchten. Leistungsumfang der VE 47999-05 Lüftungsdecke Flachdecke Spülküche: 38,5 m² Flachdecke in runder Geometrie mit radial-geformten Deckenelementen: 69,2 m² Düsenplatten mit UVC-Reinigung: 3 Stück Küchenlöschanlage: 2 Stück Instandhaltungsleistungen sind Bestandteil der Ausschreibung – Laufzeit: 4 Jahre Ausführungsfristen und Vertragstermine: Beginn der Leistungserbringung: 12 Werktage nach Zugang des Auftragsschreibens Beginn auf der Baustelle: 26.10.2027 Ende der Leistungserbringung: 31.08.2028 siehe auch verbindliche Einzelfristen
