Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden: "BWI") erwägt folgende zwei Rahmenverträge mit jeweils bis zu fünf Vertragspartnern über bundesweite Internetanschlüsse mit unterschiedlichen Ausprägungen für BWI-Eigenbetrieb sowie ihre Kunden der Bundeswehr und Bundesbehörden in Höhe von • Los 1: geschätzt 12.500.000,00 EUR netto (Obergrenze: 19.000.000,00 EUR netto) • Los 2: geschätzt 8.000.000,00 EUR netto (Obergrenze: 12.000.000,00 EUR netto) im Rahmen eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb nach § 11 Abs. 1 VSVgV zu vergeben: • Los 1 "sym. Internet-Anschlüsse": Beschaffung symmetrischer Internet-Anschlüsse von 2 Mbit/s-100 Gbit/s mit der Ausprägung (A) für neue Anschlüsse als Einzelaufträge im Miniwettbewerb und die vertragliche Übernahme der Altanschlüsse aus dem RV1089 (Los 1) mit der Berücksichtigung der BWI-Aufwände bei der Vergabe im jeweiligen Mini-Wettbewerb. • Los 2 "BWI-Internet-Breakouts": Beschaffung Internet-Transit-Anschlüsse für die BWI-Internet-Breakouts von 1 Gbit/s - 100 Gbit/s mit der Ausprägung (B) für die vertragliche Überführung der Altanschlüsse aus dem RV1089 (Los 2) und die Beschaffung neuer BWI-Internet-Breakouts.
