Ziel der geplanten Ausschreibung ist die Beauftragung eines leistungsfähigen Full-Service- bzw. Fullstack-Dienstleister für das Design sowie die technische Betreuung, den Betrieb, das Hosting und die Weiterentwicklung der Website www.kkh.de. Zentraler Bestandteil des Projekts ist die Migration des bestehenden Content-Management-Systems Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) auf eine moderne, zukunftssichere CMS-Plattform. Der Dienstleister soll sowohl Frontend- als auch Backend-Leistungen erbringen. Nach erfolgreicher Migration soll der Dienstleister kontinuierlich beim Ausbau, der Optimierung und der Weiterentwicklung der digitalen Plattform unterstützen. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist folgender Leistungsumfang: - Migration von www.kkh.de sowie arztlotse.kkh.de vom bestehenden CMS (Adobe Ex-perience Manager) auf eine neue, moderne CMS-Plattform - Konzeption, Entwicklung und Implementierung des neuen Systems einschließlich CMS, Frontend, Schnittstellen und Betriebsinfrastruktur - Vollständige Content-Migration inklusive Redirect-Mapping - Sicherstellung von Barrierefreiheit (BITV 2.0/WCAG 2.2 AA), Datenschutz (DSG-VO/Sozialdatenschutz), KRITIS- Konformität (BSI-Standrads) und IT-Sicherheit (BSI-Standards) - SEO- und GEO/LLMO-Optimierung im Rahmen der Migration - Betrieb, Hosting und technischer Support der Plattform - Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung, Wartung im laufenden Betrieb - Schulungen für Mitarbeiter des Auftraggebers (insbesondere das Team Digitales Content Management der KKH)
