Primäre Zielgruppen des Standortmarketings sind bundesweit Unternehmen, Touristen, Investoren, Fachkräfte und Familien; sekundäre Zielgruppe ist die Thüringer Bevölkerung. Die Kommunikation stellt die weichen Standortfaktoren unter dem Leitmotiv „Thüringen – das Grüne Herz Deutschlands“ heraus.
