    Gegenstand der vorliegenden Vergabe sind folgende Leistungen: Im Rahmen des Projektes Sanierung Technikzentrale LZ10 werden Heizungs- und Kälte-, sowie Wasser- und Abwasserinstallationen im Terminal 1, Gebäude Geb. 200 (Aussenbereich) und Geb. 202 (Verbindungsgang BC) erforderlich. Darüberhinaus Errichtung einer provisorischen Heizungs- und Kälteversorgung für den Verbindungsgang BC. Die Sanierung soll unter laufendem Betrieb erfolgen. Dabei ist von einer kleinteiligen Bearbeitung mit unterschiedlichen Arbeitsintensitäten auszugehen. Die Arbeiten finden im öffentlichen Bereich, im Betriebsbereich und im Sicherheitsbereich der Fraport AG statt, die notwendigen Zugangsvoraussetzung werden vorausgesetzt. . Demontage: - ca. 45m Heizungsleitung mit Wärmedämmung - Provisorium, siehe Montage Montage: - ca. 25m Schmutzwasserleitung mit Begleitheizung - Neuer Heizkreis u.a. mit Pumpe, ca. 130m Heizungsleitung teilweise mit Begleitheizung - Neuer Kältekreis u.a. mit Pumpe, ca. 100m Kälteleitung teilweise mit Begleitheizung zzgl. aller Einbauten. Provisorium - ca. 150m Kondensatleitung - ca. 300m Kältemittelleitung - 1x Klimaanlage Außengerät mit ca. 50kW kühlen, ca. 56kW heizen - 6x Klimaanlage Innengerät mit je ca. 7-11kW kühlen, ca. 8-13kW heizen zzgl. aller Einbauten. Geplanter Ausführungsbeginn: 2. Quartal 2027 Geplantes Ausführungsende: 2. Quartal 2028
