    Gegenstand der vorliegenden Vergabe sind folgende Leistungen: Im Rahmen des Projektes Sanierung Technikzentrale LZ10 werden raumlufttechnische Installationen im Terminal 1, Gebäude Geb. 200 (Aussenbereich) und Geb. 202 (Verbindungsgang BC) erforderlich. Die Sanierung soll unter laufendem Betrieb erfolgen. Dabei ist von einer kleinteiligen Bearbeitung mit unterschiedlichen Arbeitsintensitäten auszugehen. Die Arbeiten finden im öffentlichen Bereich, im Betriebsbereich und im Sicherheitsbereich der Fraport AG statt, die notwendigen Zugangsvoraussetzung werden vorausgesetzt. Demontage: - ca. 210m flexible Anschlüsse ohne Wärmedämmung - ca. 8 Brandschutzklappen Montage: - 1x RLT Teilklimaanlage ca. 18.000 m³/h - ca. 750m² Lüftungskanal - ca. 90m Flexibles Rohr zzgl. aller Einbauten und Luftauslässe. Geplanter Ausführungsbeginn: ca. 2. Quartal 2027 Geplantes Ausführungsende: ca. 2. Quartal 2028
