GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH ist Partner für das Management kommunaler Immobilien in Hamburg. GMH baut, saniert und bewirtschaftet Schulbauten im Hamburger Süden, entwickelt und realisiert kommunale Bauten der Stadt Hamburg und arbeitet im Hochschulbau eng mit der Universität Hamburg und der HAW Hamburg zusammen. Der Campus der HAW Hamburg am Berliner Tor soll insgesamt modernisiert und weiterentwickelt werden. GMH realisiert in diesem Zusammenhang im Auftrag der Behörde für Wissenschaft, Forschung und Gleichstellung (BWFG) den Umbau der Schule am Standort Wallstraße 2 (Lämmermarkt) in Hamburg.
