GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg (GMH), betreut für die Freie Hansestadt Hamburg die Entwicklung sowie den Bau und Betrieb von Sport- und Sonderimmobilien. GMH betrachtet Immobilien ganzheitlich unter Berücksichtigung der wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhänge zwischen Bauinvestitions- und Betriebskosten. Dabei werden die Klimaschutzziele der FHH genauso wie die Anforderungen zur Barrierefreiheit und die besonderen Interessen der Nutzer einbezogen. In dieser Tätigkeit wurde die GMH mit der Projektsteuerung und Projektleitung für den Neubau des Quartierssporthauses an der Sportanlage Weg beim Jäger beauftragt.
