    Die Messe Berlin ist eine der besucherstärksten Messegesellschaften in Deutschland. Auf dem Berliner Messegelände befinden sich 27 Messehallen mit rund 190.000 m² Hallen-/Ausstellungsfläche. Die Hallen sind miteinander verbunden und es ist möglich, mehrere Hallen für bestimmte Veranstaltungen - abhängig von der Größe - zusammenzufassen. Im Rahmen des Masterplans soll eine vollumfängliche Dachsanierung der Messehallen 21, 22 und 23 und der Übergangsbauwerken durchgeführt werden. Die Gebäude wurden 1989 errichtet und befinden sich im nördlichen Teil des Messegeländes. Gegenstand dieses Auftrags ist die vollständige Sanierung der ca. 1.996 m² großen Dachfläche der Messehalle 23b als Pilotmaßnahme. Der Auftrag umfasst insbesondere Baustelleneinrichtung, Kran- und Hebetechnik, Gerüste, ein mehrfach umzusetzendes Wetterschutzdach, KMF-Schadstoffrückbau, vollständigen Rückbau des vorhandenen Dachaufbaus einschließlich Aluminium-Trapezblech sowie die Herstellung eines neuen wärmegedämmten Dachaufbaus auf Stahltrapezblech mit mehrlagiger Bitumenabdichtung. Die Ausführung erfolgt bei fortlaufendem Messebetrieb in mehreren Takten und mit verbindlichen Veranstaltungssperren. Temporäre Bauzustände müssen regensicher, brandschutztechnisch zulässig und veranstaltungskompatibel sein. Die Herstellung des neuen Dachaufbaus ist die prägende und qualitätskritische Hauptleistung. Bewerber müssen deshalb eine konkrete fachliche Eignung und Referenzerfahrung in der großflächigen Dachsanierung einschließlich Trapezblech- und Bitumenabdichtungsarbeiten nachweisen. Bei der Ausführung der Sanierungsarbeiten sind die allgemein anerkannten Regeln der Technik zu berücksichtigen und umzusetzen. Weitere Informationen können dem Projektsteckbrief entnommen werden.
