Ziel der Planung ist die Schaffung eines nachhaltigen, flexiblen und zukunftsfähigen Verwaltungsstandortes mit modernen Arbeitswelten, hoher Aufenthaltsqualität und ressourcenschonender Bauweise. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens sind die Erd-, Maurer- und Betonarbeiten.
