  1. Lot LOT-0000: Neubau eines Feuerwehrgerätehauses - Tragwerksplanung

    Geplant ist der Neubau eines Feuerwehrgerätehauses für die Freiwillige Feuerwehr Almdorf / Bohmstedt. Das Gebäude soll auch als flexibel nutzbarer Treffpunkt für Veranstaltungen sowie Vereins- und Gemeinschaftsaktivitäten dienen. Ein Raum im Gebäude soll daher zusätzlich als Dorfgemeinschaftsraum genutzt werden können. Diese ergänzende Nutzung ist auch im Hinblick auf die Förderung relevant. Raumprogramm und technische Ausstattung werden im Zuge der Planung auf den Bedarf abgestimmt. Zu diesem Zweck werden Planungsbüros zur Teilnahme am Wettbewerb aufgefordert, die das ausgeschriebene Leistungsbild abdecken und in der Vergangenheit vergleichbare Maßnahmen verwirklicht haben. Es ist eine stufenweise Beauftragung vorgesehen. Der Auftragnehmer ist gehalten, Vorschläge zu unterbreiten, die zur Vereinfachung und Verbesserung und / oder zur Kostensenkung führen. Ziel ist eine kollisionsfreie und wirtschaftliche Gesamtmaßnahme. Die vorläufigen Kostenschätzungen belaufen sich auf insgesamt 1.995.000,00 € netto (KG 300+400). Folgendes Verfahren wird durchgeführt: In Phase 1 werden potentielle Bewerber zur Teilnahme aufgefordert ihre Teilnahmeanträge mit den geforderten Nachweisen einzureichen. In Phase 2 werden die eingegangenen Teilnahmeanträge geprüft und die Anzahl der zugelassenen Bewerber wird beschränkt. Die Bewerber der Phase 2 werden gesondert zu einem Verhandlungsverfahren aufgefordert. Verfahrensbezogene Vergabeunterlagen sind auf der E-Vergabeplattform zum Verfahren unter https://www.meinauftrag.rib.de/public/DetailsByPlatformIdAndTenderId/platformId/7/tenderId/121016882 eingestellt.
