Lot LOT-0000: Sanierung, Umbau und Erweiterung eines Mehrfunktionshauses in Borstel-Hohenraden - Tragwerksplanung
Die Gemeinde Borstel-Hohenraden plant die Sanierung und Erweiterung der bestehenden alten Turnhalle in Borstel-Hohenraden mit dem Ziel, das Gebäude zu einem modernen Multifunktionsgebäude umzunutzen. Es sollen Räumlichkeiten für die Dorfgemeinschaft, Vereine, Schule und weitere Nutzergruppen geschaffen werden. Vorgesehen sind ein großer Veranstaltungssaal, ein multifunktionales Foyer mit Nutzung als Sitzungssaal, eine Küche mit Ausgabebereich, eine fest installierte Bühne mit Backstage- und Lagerbereich sowie Büro- und Archivflächen. Die bestehenden Gymnastikräume bleiben erhalten und werden in das Gesamtkonzept integriert. Ergänzend werden ausreichend Lager-, Abstell- und flexibel nutzbare Mehrzweckflächen geschaffen, um eine wirtschaftliche und bedarfsgerechte Nutzung des Gebäudes sicherzustellen. Die Kosten der Kostengruppen 200-700 werden auf ca. 3.968.422,30 € netto geschätzt. Dabei entfallen auf die KG 300 ca. 1.624.994,02 € netto und auf die KG 400 ca. 976.359,34 € netto. Zu diesem Zweck werden Planungsbüros zur Teilnahme am Wettbewerb aufgefordert, die das Leistungsbild Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung gem. §51 HOAI abdecken, und in der Vergangenheit ähnliche Maßnahmen verwirklicht haben. Es sollen die Leistungsphasen 1-6 bearbeitet werden. Die Beauftragung wird stufenweise erfolgen. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, aus den vorgenannten Leistungsbildern nur einen Teil der Grundleistungen zu vergeben.
